Suppress Form 5452 Corporate Report of Nondividend Distributions

To suppress Form 5452 Nondividend Distribution Report from print output on a 1120 Federal return, change the
Mandatory
 line setting and recompute the return.
Do the following to suppress Form 5452 from print output:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Informational Forms
    Nondividend Distributions
    Basic Data Nondividend
    .
  2. Change the
    Mandatory
     line at the top from
    No
     to
    Not applicable
    .
  3. Do a full recompute, then print.
Form 5452 is now suppressed from print output.
If the form still appears in the XML after completing the preceding steps:
  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    Federal
    5452 - Nondividend Distribution Report
    Nondividend Distribution Report
    .
  2. Clear all fields on the form.
  3. Do a full recompute, then recreate the federal e-file.
