Form 8023 print requirements
To print, calculate, or suppress Form 8023: Corporate Qualified Stock Purchase Elections:
- In Organizer, selectInformational Forms, thenElection Under Section 338.
- Enter the data in this screen.
- SelectTax Forms, thenFederal, then8023-Elections Under Section 338.
- Select thePage 1tab.
- Enter an amount in Line 2aName of common parent of purchasing corporation.
- Enter a value in Line 3aName of target corporation.
- Enter a value in Line 4aName of common parent of the selling affiliate, US shareholder(s) of foreign target corporation, or S corporation shareholder(s)).
- Do a full recompute and then print.
