Form 8878-A print requirements

Form 8878-A prints when it's activated with banking and signature information.
To print Form 8878-A, IRS e-file Electronic Funds Withdrawal Authorization for Form 7004:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Federal E-file Extension
    .
  2. Select the
    Enable federal extension e-file
     checkbox.
  3. Go to
    Tax Forms
    Federal
    7004 - Automatic Extension of Time
    .
  4. In Part 2 Line 8, enter a value. If nothing is required, enter
    NONE
    .
  5. Go to
    Organizer
    General Information
    Bank Information
    Extension tab
    .
  6. In the
    Direct Debit (Electronic Funds Withdraw)
     section, mark the authorization checkbox.
  7. Make sure the
    Date to be Debited
     and
    Daytime Phone Number
     are populated.
  8. Go to
    Organizer
    Federal E-file
    Signature Authorization
    .
  9. In the
    Signature Option
     section make a selection.

    If you select
    FORM 8879 - Practitioner Pin
    , also complete information for
    PIN Entered By
    .
  10. Do a full recompute, then print.
