Suppress paid preparer information
Suppress paid preparer information in the Organizer on the Firm information and Preparer information tabs. Verify the suppression in the Signature section of the tax form.
Do the following to suppress paid preparer information in Alabama:

Don't override this field on the tax form. It needs to be done in the
Organizer
.- Make sure there isn't any paid preparer information entered in the following tabs:
- If there is information entered, remove it.
- Go to theFirm Informationtab and selectSuppress Paid Preparer Informationin Column B.
- Go to thePreparer Informationtab and selectNoin Column J.
- On the tax form, make sure theI authorize a representative of the Department of Revenue to discuss my return and attachments with my preparercheckbox isn't marked in the Signature section.
