Form 0405-6240 print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form 0405-6240: Alaska Payment Voucher-Corporation Net Income Tax

Go to Organizer and select States
, then State and City Activation

Activate
Alaska
or make sure it's activated.

In Organizer, select States
, then Common State
.

Select
Estimates and Extensions
, then Estimates and Extensions
.

Select the
Extensions
tab. Make sure there are amounts in column B and column C.

In Organizer, select States
, then Common State
.

Select
Print Options
, then find the Print Suppression
section.

Select the
Suppression AL-ME
tab and make sure that the Est Tax and EXT columns are cleared.
