Form 51 print requirements
To print, calculate, or suppress Arizona Form 51, Consolidated or Combined Return Affiliation Schedule:
- Go to tab.
- For Return/Entity type, select1120 – U.S Corporationfrom theReturn typedropdown.
- If a Top consolidation, go to tab.
- For Entity type, selectTop consolidationfrom the dropdown.
- Go to .
- Enter the taxpayer name in theArizona Form 51 Namesection.
- Go to tab.
- ForIndicate which section(s) of this form you are completing, select an option other thanNone selected.
- Complete eitherAffil Sec I,Affil Sec II, orSec Affil Sect III.
- Do a full recompute and generate the print.
