According to Page 12, paragraph 1, of the Arkansas Form AR 1100CT instructions, "Multistate corporations should complete lines 32-47 of page 1, and Schedule A, page 2 of Form AR1100CT. Multistate corporations should not complete lines 9-31 of Form AR1100CT. If all apportionment factors are 100%, the corporation is not multistate and should file as a corporation operating only in Arkansas."
