Form 100 print requirements
Form 100 prints when return options are set correctly in the Organizer. For combined gain/loss adjustments, set the option for the parent entity. For Schedule l, M-1, and M-2, turn on the force print option.
To calculate and print Form 100, California Corporation Franchise or Income Tax Return:
- Go to .
- Make sure the return is marked as aC Corporation, andFiling Form 100Wisn't selected.
Combined Gain/Loss adjustment
If there's an adjustment on the California Combined Form 100, Line 8, Other Additions, which stems from the gain or loss on Schedule D-1, you can calculate the gains and losses on a combined basis to clear this adjustment.
- For the parent entity, go to .
- Select the option toCalculate capital gain/loss on a combined basis.noteOnly do this for the parent entity.
- Consolidate the return.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
Schedule L, M-1, and M-2
Schedule L, M-1, and M-2 may not print on California Form 100 Side 5 when gross receipts and total assets are under the threshold. Turn on the force print option to include these schedules in the output.
- Go to .
- In the Force Print section, mark theSchedule L and Schedules M-1, and M-2 even if gross receipts (less returns and allowances) during the taxable year and total assets at the end of the taxable year were less than [AMOUNT]checkbox.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
