Form DR 1705 print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Colorado Form DR 1705, SALT Parity Act Election Form:

Go to the Organizer
, States
, Colorado
folder.

Select Return Options
, then go to

Force Print

section.

Select Form DR 1705 SALT Parity Election Form for tax year 2025
.

Then go to the SALT Parity Act Election
screen.

Select Partnership or S corporation elect to be subject to tax at the entity level under SALT Parity Act (section 39-22-343, C.R.S)
.

Do a full recompute.

If the form isn't printing, make sure it isn't suppressed:

In Organizer, select States
then Colorado
.

Select Return Options
, then go to

Print Suppression

section.

Make sure Current Year Form DR 1705 SALT Parity Election
isn't selected.

Do a full recompute.
