Form DR-0107 print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form DR-0107, Colorado Nonresident Partner or Shareholder Agreement:
  1. In
    Organizer
    , go to
    Shareholder Information
    Shareholder Data
    Shareholder Information
    .
  2. Select the shareholder's name, then
    Shareholder Information
    .
  3. Make sure the
    State of residency
     is not Colorado.
  4. Go to the
    State Shareholders Information
     screen and make sure Colorado is not selected for
    State Composite Returns
    . Nonresident shareholders can't file a composite and DR-0107 at the same time.
  5. Go to the
    States
     folder and select
    Colorado
    .
  6. Select
    Shareholder Information
    .
  7. Select the shareholder's name, then go to the
    Filing Method
     section.
  8. Select
    File Form DR 107
    .
  9. Do a full recompute and print.
