Form 600S-CA print requirements

To print Form 600S-CA, Georgia Consent Agreement of Nonresident Shareholders of S Corporations:

Ensure the correct return type is selected:

Select Organizer
, General Information
, then Basic Return Information
.

Select the Entity Information
tab.

Go to the Return / Entity Type
section.

Make sure the Return type
selection is 1120S – S Corporation
.

Make sure there's at least 1 nonresident shareholder:

In the Organizer
, select Shareholder Information
, then Shareholder Data
.

Select Shareholder Information
, the Shareholder Name
, then select Shareholder Information
.

Go to the US Address of Shareholder
section.

Make sure the selection for State of residency
isn't Resident
or Georgia
.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form isn't printing, make sure it isn't suppressed:

In the Organizer
, select States
, then Georgia
.

Select Return Options
.

Go to the Print Suppression
section.

Make sure the Corporate Return
checkbox is cleared.

Go to the S Corporation Forms
subsection.

Make sure the Non-resident consent agreements
checkbox is cleared.

Do a full recompute, then print.
