Form N-4 print requirements
To print, calculate, or suppress 1120 Hawaii Form N-4 Statement of Withholding for a Nonresident Shareholder of an S Corporation:
The return type must be S Corporation.
- Go to theOrganizer, thenBasic Return Information.
- Go to theReturn / Entity Typesection.
- Make sure theReturn typeisS Corporation.
At least 1 shareholder must exist.
- Go to theOrganizer, thenShareholder Informationfolder.
- SelectShareholder Data, thenShareholder Information.
- SelectAdd new Shareholder Informationto add a shareholder if there isn't one.
Make sure that the financial return F-1 is not selected.
- Go to theOrganizer, then theStatesfolder.
- SelectState and City Activation.
- InColumn F, Financial Return, clear the checkbox forHawaii.
An amount must be entered at:
- Go to theOrganizer, then theStatesfolder.
- SelectHawaii, thenShareholder Information.
- Select the shareholder’s name, thenShareholder Information.
- In theSchedule N and Form N-4section, enter amount in theAmount of payment (tax withheld) on Form N-4 (Mandatory for N-4 to print)line.
