Schedule K Equivalent print requirements

To print the Idaho Schedule K Equivalent:
  1. Make sure that the federal return type is set to S-Corp:
    1. Go to
      Organizer
      General Information
      Basic Return Information
      .
    2. Select the
      Entity Information
       tab.
    3. Go to the
      Return / Entity Type
       section.
    4. Make sure
      1120S – S Corporation
       is selected for the
      Return type
      .
  2. Make sure the Idaho return type is set to S-Corp:
    1. Go to
      Organizer
      States
      State and City Activation
      State and City Activation
      .
    2. Select the
      States
       tab.
    3. In the row for
      Idaho
      , make sure
      1120S
       is selected for the
      Return Type
       in column D.
  3. Make sure the shareholder number is populated:
    1. Go to
      Organizer
      Shareholder Information
      Shareholder Data
      Shareholder Information
      .
    2. Select the shareholder name, then
      Shareholder Information
      .
    3. Make sure that there is a number populated in the
      Shareholder number (Mandatory)
       field.
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form still won't print, make sure it isn’t suppressed:
  1. Make sure the form isn’t being suppressed in the Common State print options:
    1. Go to
      Organizer
      States
      Common State
      Print Options
      .
    2. Select
      Print Suppression
      .
    3. Select the
      Suppression AL-ME
       tab.
    4. In the row for
      Idaho
      , make sure that the checkboxes in the
      State Forms
       column and the
      K-1 Equiv
       column are cleared.
  2. Make sure the K-1 package isn't suppressed:
    1. Go to
      Organizer
      General Information
      Return and Print Options
      .
    2. Select the
      K-1 Package Print Option
       tab.
    3. Go to the
      States and Cities
       section.
    4. Make sure
      Print
       is selected for
      Idaho
      .
  3. Make sure the form isn’t suppressed in the Idaho Organizer:
    1. Go to
      Organizer
      States
      Idaho
      Return Options
      .
    2. Go to the
      Print Suppression
       section.
    3. Make sure the checkbox for
      Schedule K Equivalent
       is cleared.
  4. Do a full recompute and create a new print.
