Schedule UB/NLD print requirements
Schedule UB/NLD requires specific conditions to print for Illinois Combined Reports.
To print Schedule UB/NLD Unitary Illinois Net Loss Deduction:
- Make sure that base income on Line 34 of IL-1120 isn't negative.
- Go to .
- Verify that UB/NLD, Line 30, has a loss greater than 0 (positive amount).
- If these conditions aren't met, the NLD schedule won't print.
- Go to or . Enter the net operating loss (NOL) in the lower member's (parent or subsidiary) Organizer.noteEnter the amount as a positive number.
- Don't make NOL entries in the TopCon.
- Do a full recompute at each lower member level.
- Reconsolidate at the TopCon.
