Form OL-3EXT print requirements
To print, calculate, or suppress Form OL-3EXT, Extension Request:
- Go to .
- SelectEstimates and Extensions, then go to theExtensiontab. In theLouisville, KYrow, mark theExtensioncheckbox in Column B.
If the form still doesn't print, make sure it isn't suppressed:
- Go to theCommon State, Print Optionsfolder.
- SelectPrint Suppression, then go to theSuppression KY Citiestab. In theLouisvillerow, clear the checkboxes for Columns State Forms and Ext.
- Go to theCities, Louisville, KYfolder.
- SelectReturn Options, then go to thePrint Suppressionsection. Clear theExtensioncheckbox.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
