Form 941P, Schedule 3, Page 3 print requirements

To print, calculate, or suppress Form 941P-ME, Schedule 3P, Page 3, List of Exempt Members:
  1. Maine Return Type must be an S Corporation.
  2. Go to
    Organizer
    General Information
    Basic Return Information
    Entity Information
     tab.
  3. Select
    Return/Entity Type
    , then
    Return type
    . Select
    1120S -S Corporation
     from the dropdown.
  4. Go to
    Tax Forms
    States
    Maine
    941P-ME Pass-Through Entity Return
    941P-ME Pg 3
     tab.
  5. Select
    View 941P Page 3 Detail
    .
  6. For
    Pass-through Entity Withholding Listing - File with Form 941P- ME
    , make sure the Partner/Shareholder name is listed in Column 13. .
  7. Go to
    Tax Forms
    States
    Maine
    . Select
    941P-ME Pass-Through Entity Return, 941P-ME Pg 3 tab
    .
  8. Select
    View 941P Page 3 Detail
    . One of the following must contain an
    X
    :
    1. Col 17 “Composite Taxpayer Exemption”
    2. Col 17 “Compliant Taxpayer Exemption”
    3. Col 17 “Approved Request Exemption”
  9. Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form still doesn't print, make sure it isn't suppressed.

    Print Suppression
    . Select
    Suppression AL-ME
    .
  2. Make sure
    Maine
     is cleared in the
    State Forms
     column.
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Maine
    Return Options
    .
  4. Make sure
    Form 941P-ME
     is cleared in the
    PRINT SUPPRESSION
     section.
  5. Do a full recompute, then print.
