Combined Form DIV print requirements

To print Form DIV, Deduction for Dividends Received:

In the Organizer
, select States
then State and City Activation/Consolidation
.

On Column C, select Combine
on the Minnesota Row.

Go to Common State
, Print Options
, then select Print Suppression
.

Select the Suppression MD-RI
tab.

In the State Forms column, make sure the Minnesota
checkbox isn't selected.

Go to Tax Forms
, States
, then Minnesota
.

Select DIV – Deduction for Dividends Received
.

Make sure the form has amounts.

Do a full recompute, then print the return.
