Form M4A print requirements

To calculate and print Form M4A, Minnesota Apportionment/Fee Calculation:

Go to Organizer
, General Information
, and select Basic Return Information
.

On the Entity Information
tab, in the Return/Entity Type
section, the Entity type
needs to be Corporate Single Entity
.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form still isn’t printing, make sure it isn’t suppressed:

Go to Organizer
, States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

On the Suppression MD-RI
tab, on the Minnesota line, make sure the State Forms
checkbox is cleared.

Do a full recompute, then print.
