Form M8X print requirements

To print and calculate Form M8X, Minnesota 2024 M8X, Amended S Corporation Return:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    General Information
    Basic Return Information
    .
  2. In the
    Entity Information
     tab, find the
    Return/Entity Type
     section.
  3. Make sure
    Return Type
     is
    1120S - S Corporation
    .
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed.
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    .
  2. Make sure the form isn't suppressed.
  3. Then go to
    Print Options
    Print Suppression
    Suppression MD-RI tab
    .
  4. Under the
    State Forms
     Column,
    Minnesota
     checkbox should NOT be checked/marked.
  5. In the
    State Forms
     column, make sure the checkbox for
    Minnesota
     is clear.
  6. In the
    Amended Return Information
    , and mark the
    Activate Amended Return M8X
     checkbox.
  7. Do a full recompute, then print.
