Form MS 4562, Depreciation and Amortization print requirements
To print Form MS 4562, Depreciation and Amortization, there needs to be a difference between the federal and the state for the MS 4562 to print.
- In Organizer, selectIncome and Deductions, thenDeductions.
- SelectDeprecation and Amortization, thenGeneral Deprecation, thenAmortization.
- SelectForm 4562 Information, then4562 Overrides.
- Select theMississippi 4562 Overridestab.
- Complete the information.
If the form still isn't printing you can force print the form.
- In Organizer, selectStates, then Mississippi, then State Adjustments.
- Go to the Additions section.
- EnterNonefor the Federal special deprecation allowance (Override).
If the form is still not printing, verify there are amounts on form 84-122.
- In Tax Forms, selectStates., thenMississippi, then84-122.
- Go to line 8 or 15, if there is no amount enterNonefor the value.
If the form still isn't printing, make sure that it isn’t suppressed. This form prints with the federal return so if the federal return is suppressed then it suppresses the state form.
- In Organizer, selectState, thenCommon State, thenPrint Options, thenPrint Suppression.
- Select theSuppression MD-RItab.
- Go toMississippiand remove the check mark forFed Attach.
