To print Form PT-AGR, Montana Pass-Through Entity Owner Tax Agreement:

Make sure the return type is set to S-corp
:

In the Organizer
, select States
, then State and City Activation
.

Select State and City Activation
.

In the row for Montana
, make sure 1120S
is selected for the Return Type
in column D.

Make sure the form is activated:

In the Organizer
, select States
, then Montana
.

Select Shareholder Information
, then the shareholder name.

Make sure the PT-AGR is signed (Override)
or PT-AGR is revoked
checkbox is marked.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form isn't printing, make sure it isn't suppressed:

In the Organizer
, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Options
, Print Suppression
, then the Suppression MD-RI
tab.

In the row for Montana
, make sure the checkbox in the State Forms
column is cleared.

Do a full recompute, then print.
