Select Tax Forms

, then Nebraska

Select 7004N – Extension
, make sure there is an amount on Line 11

Select Organizer

, then Common State
.

Select Estimates and Extension
, then Extension tab
. Make sure Column B
is marked for Nebraska.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:

Select Print Options

section, then Suppression MD-RI
