Form 313 print requirements
To print form 313, New Jersey Corporation Business Tax Economic Recovery Tax Credit:
- Go toTax Forms,States,New Jersey, and open theCalendar Year Returnfolder.
- Expand theCreditsfolder and selectForm 313.
- InPart I, ensureQuestions1through4are answeredYES.
- EnsurePage 2 Line 18has a value greater than 0.
If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:
- Go toOrganizer,States,New Jersey, and selectReturn Options.
- In thePRINT SUPPRESSIONsection, make sure the checkbox forForm 313is cleared.
