Form CIT-ES print requirements

To print Form CIT-ES, New Mexico Corporate income and Franchise Estimated Tax Payment Voucher:

Go to Tax Forms
, States
, Next Mexico
, then CIT-ES – Estimated Voucher
.

On any of the CIT – ES Voucher
tabs there needs to be an amount on the AMOUNT ENCLOSED
line.

Go to Organizer
, General Information
, then Basic Return information
.

On the Entity Information
tab, in the Return/Entity Type
section, the Return type
needs to be 1120 - U.S. Corporation
.

Do a full compute, then print.

If the form is still not printing, make sure it isn’t suppressed:

Go to Organizer
, States
, Common State
, then the Print Options
folder.

Select Print Suppression
and go to the Suppression MD-RI
tab.

Make sure the Est Tax
checkbox on the
New Mexico
line is cleared.

Do a full compute, then print.
