To print Form CT-225, New York State Modifications:

Go to Tax Forms
, States
, New York
, then CT-225 - New York State Modifications
.

On the CT-225 Page 1
tab, make sure there is an amount on line 5. Or, make sure there is an amount on line 10 on the CT-225 Page 2
tab.

If you don't want the form to print, remove the information for both of these lines. This will stop the form from printing.

Go to Organizer
, General Information
, then Basic Return Information
.

On the Entity Information
tab, in the Return/Entity Type
section, the Entity Type
needs to be Corporate Single Entity
.

Do a full compute, then print.
