To print, Calculate or suppress Form IT-204-LL, Partnership, Limited Liability Company, and Limited Liability Partnership Filing Fee Payment Form.

- Select theGeneral Informationsection, then go to the lineLegal Name (Mandatory to Activate IT-204-LL)and enter the name.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:
- SelectOrganizer, then .
- Select theGeneral Informationsection, then clear the checkbox for lineSuppress Print.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
