Form IT-2658 print requirements

To print, Calculate or suppress Form IT-2658, Report of Estimated Tax for Nonresident Individual Partners and Shareholders.
  1. Select
    Organizer
    , then
    General Information
    , then
    Basic Return Information
    .
  2. Select the
    Entity Information
     tab, then go to the
    Return/Entity Type
     section.
  3. For
    Return Type
    , select
    1120S – S Corporation
    .
  4. In
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    , then
    State and City Activation
    .
  5. Select
    State and City Activation
     again, then go to the
    New York
     row, then in
    Column D
     select
    1120S
    .
  6. Select
    Tax Forms
    , then
    States
    New York
    Report of Estimated Tax
    .
  7. Select
    Report of Estimated Tax
    , then
    Include all Nonresident Individuals on the IT-2658 Report
     and enter the amount in line
    Total New York source income
    .
  8. Do a full recompute, then print.
