section.

Select 1120S – U.S. Corporation
for Return type
.

Go to

Organizer

Common State

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

Go to the Suppression MD-RI
tab.

Make sure North Carolina
is cleared in the State Forms
column.

Go to

Tax Forms
States
North Carolina

Select CD-405
or CD-405S
.

Make sure Amended Return
is marked.

Go to CD-V Payment Voucher
and select CD-V Amended Corporation Voucher
.

Make sure Total Corporate Income Tax Due
contains an amount greater than 0.
