  2. Go to the

     section.
  3. Select
    1120 – U.S. Corporation
     for
    Return Type
    .
  4. Select
    Corporate Single Entity
     for
    Entity Type
    .
  5. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    .
  6. Select
    Print Options
    , then
    Print Suppression
    .
  7. Go to the
    Suppression MD-RI
     tab.
  8. Make sure
    North Dakota
     is cleared in the
    State Forms
     and
    Und of Est Tax
     columns.
  9. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    North Dakota
    .
  10. Select
    Underpayment Options
    .
  11. In the
    Option to compute and print underpayment penalty
     section, select an option to add penalty and print form.
  12. Go to
    Tax Forms
    States
    North Dakota
    .
  13. Select
    40-UT – Underpayment of Est., N.D. Income
    .
  14. Make sure
    line 9
     contains an amount.
  15. Do a full recompute and print the return.
