Form 60-EPV print requirements

To calculate and print Form 60-EPV, Electronic Payment Voucher:

Select Organizer
, then General Information
, then Basic Return Information
.

Select the Entity Information
tab, then Return / Entity Type
.

Select 1120S- S Corporation
from the Entity Type
dropdown.

Select Tax Forms
, then States
, then North Dakota
.

Select 60-EPV – Electronic Payment Voucher
, then enter an amount for Payment Amount
.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:

In Organizer
, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
, then the Suppression MD-RI
tab.

Go to the State Forms
column and clear the checkbox for North Dakota
.

In Organizer
, select States
, then North Dakota
.

Select Return Options
, then go to the Print Suppression
section and clear the checkbox for Form 40-EPV
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
