To calculate and print Schedule CR (Parts 1-3):

In Organizer
, then General Information
, then Basic Return Information
.

Select the Entity Information
tab, then Return / Entity Type
.

Select the Entity Type
dropdown and select 1120S- S Corporation
.

In Organizer
, select States
, then State and City Activation
.

Select the States
tab, then go to North Dakota
.

In Column E, select the Entity Type
dropdown and select either Top consolidation
or Sub-Consolidation
.

Select Tax Forms
, then States
, then North Dakota
.

Select 40 – Corporation Income Tax Return
, then 40, Page 1
.

Select the checkbox for line 1, 1b, or 1c.

Select Consolidated Returns
, then Step 1 – What to Consolidate
, then Subsidiary Listing Complete
.

Select Step 4 – Review Preconsol Checklist
, then Out of balance and compute pending
.

Select Compute subsidiaries with compute pending
, then Compute all subsidiaries now
.

Select Step 5 – Consolidate!
, then Consolidate
.

In print preview, create a new print file.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:

In Organizer
, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
, then the Suppression MD-RI
tab.

Go to the State Forms
column and clear the checkbox for North Dakota
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
