To print Form 40, Schedule FACT, Apportionment factor for Corporations NOT filing a Consolidated North Dakota Return:

Go to

Organizer
General Information
Basic Return Information

Go to the Return / Entity Type
section.

Select 1120 – U.S. Corporation
for the return type.

Select Corporate Single Entity
for the entity type.

Go to

Organizer
States
Common State

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

Go to the Suppression MD-RI
tab.

Make sure North Dakota
is cleared in the State Forms
column.

Do a full recompute and print the return.
