To print schedule KS, Shareholder Information:

Go to

Organizer
General Information
Basic Return Information

Go to the Return / Entity Type
section.

Select 1120S – S-Corporation
for Return Type
.

Select Corporate Single Entity
for Entity Type
.

Go to

Organizer
States
Common State

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

Go to the Suppression MD-RI
tab.

Make sure North Dakota
is cleared in the State Forms
column.

Make sure at least 1 shareholder is entered on the federal return.

Do a full recompute and print the return.
