Select OR-CAT Corporate Activity Tax Return

Select OR-CAT-V Extension Payment Voucher
.

Enter a Payment amount
.

Go to the Organizer
, select States
, then select Oregon
.

Select Corporate Activity Tax (OR-CAT)
.

Clear Suppress print extension voucher
in the Payments of Tax, Corporate Activity Tax Extension Payment - OR-CAT-V
section.

Go to Tax Forms
, select States
, then select Oregon
.

Select OR-CAT Corporate Activity Tax Return
.

On page 1 of the Header section
, mark the Extension
checkbox.

Do a full recompute and print the return.
