Form BZT-V Extension print requirements

To print Form BZT-V Extension, Oregon City of Portland Business License Tax/Multnomah County Business Income Tax Payment Voucher and Instructions:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Cities
    Portland/Multnomah
    OR
    Return Options
    and select
    Return Options
    .
  2. Mark
    Return on Extension
     in the
    Compute Options
     section.
  3. Go to
    Tax Forms
    Cities
    Portland/Multnomah, OR
     and select
    BZT-V Extension Payment Voucher
    .
  4. Ensure there is an amount populated for the
    Payment Amount
     line.
  5. Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form doesn't print, make sure it is not suppressed:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    Print Options
     and select
    Print Suppression
    .
  2. Go to the
    Suppression SC-Cities
     tab. Make sure the checkboxes to suppress
    Portland
     and
    Multnomah
     are cleared in the
    State Forms
     column.
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    Cities
    Portland/Multnomah, OR
     and select
    Return Options
    .
  4. Ensure
    Form EXT
     is cleared in the
    Suppression
     section.
  5. Do a full recompute, then print.
