Form PA-40-NRC print requirements

To complete the Pennsylvania composite Form PA-40-NRC for a nonresident shareholder:

Go to Organizer
, and select Shareholder Information
.

Select Shareholder Data
, then Shareholder Information
.

Select the nonresident's name, then State Shareholders Information
.

Select the checkbox for Pennsylvania
.

Go to the Pennsylvania section, and select a Shareholder type
.

Repeat these steps for any additional nonresident shareholders.

Go to the States
folder, then select Pennsylvania
.

Select S Corporation Forms
, then Composite Organizer
.

Enter the information.

Data goes from Schedules NRK-1 of the designated nonresident shareholders to complete the composite return.
