Form SC 2644 print requirements

To calculate and print Form SC 2644 Request for Extension of Time to File the Income Tax Return for an insurance return:

Go to Tax Forms
and select States
, then Puerto Rico
.

Go to Form SC 2644 - Extension, Parte – Part II
and enter an amount on Line 1
, 2
, or 3
.

Do a full compute and print the return.

If the form doesn't print, make sure it isn’t suppressed:

Go to the Organizer
, select States
, then Common State
.

Select Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

On the Suppression Options
tab, Ext Column
, clear the Current Row
and mark Generate Form DR 1366
.

Do a full recompute and print the return.
