Form NRW-2 (S Corp) print requirements

To print Form NRW-2 (S Corp), Statement of West Virginia Income Tax Withheld for Nonresident Individual or Organization:

In the Organizer
, select General Information
, then
Basic Return Information
.

Make sure you've selected 1120S – S Corporation
from the Return type
dropdown in the Return/Entity Type
section.

Select Tax Forms
, States
, West Virginia
, NRW-2
, then choose the shareholder desired to print.

Make sure there's an address data entered for both Organization Name and Mailing Address
and Nonresident's Name and Mailing Address
.

Do a full recompute, then print the return.

If the form isn't printing, make sure it's not suppressed:

In the Organizer
, select States
, Common State
, Print Options
, then Print Suppression
.

Go to the Suppression SC-Cities
tab and make sure the West Virginia
checkbox isn't marked in the State Forms
column.
