Disable an entity

To disable an entity:

Sign in to ONESOURCE, then select Administration
.

Select Company Info
, then Entities
.

Mark an entity checkbox, then select Edit
.

On the Attributes by Application
tab, turn the Status
switch to disable the entity.

The Status changes to Disabled
. The entity with a Disabled
status will be read only.

note

In case of versions, the status update (Active
/Disabled
) applies for all the versions.
