Select a rollup.

Select Import
to go to the Import Rollup
wizard.

Drag and drop the file on the Step 1 Upload
window, or select
browse for file
.

Select Next
to move to Step 2 Validate
. Step 2 Validate
compares the imported information and gives the status of the rollups.

To ensure a successful import, follow these file structure rules:

To define only Code Level 1, enter data only in the Code Level 1 column for that row.

To link Level 2 to Level 1, add a new row with values in both Code Level 1 and Code Level 2 columns.

To link Level 3 to Level 2, add another row with values in Code Level 1, Code Level 2, and Code Level 3 columns.

Ensure the columns in your file follow this sequence:

Code Level 1

Code Level 2

Code Level 3

Review and fix any errors from the import.

Finally, select Import
