User administration for events

You can be notified when there is a change made in User Administration.
You must first have:
  • Access to the API Administration product
  • User Administration API
  • User Administration Events
Once you have access, you can set up events to notify you when:
  • A new user is created.
  • There are changes to a user's display name, email, password, locations, status, SSO mappings, notes, or comments.
  • A user is deleted.
  • Changes are made through the import feature.
  • There are changes in client information, which includes creating, updating, and deleting a client.

Register for events

To register for event broadcasts, you'll need the following:
  • Webhook name
  • Callback URL, which is a webhook endpoint that receives events from ONESOURCE Events.
  • Product:
    • Access Control
    • Organization Management
  • Channel
  • Schema
