screen

The
Clients
screen (Client Manager) is an organized, customizable screen for you to store, track, and monitor different types of client data.
Clients enable you to import and export client data, get client data specific to your organization, and has specific security setups for multiple clients. Additionally, Clients integrate with:
  • ONESOURCE Calendar
  • ONESOURCE Workflow Manager
  • ONESOURCE FileRoom
  • Entity Manager
  • ONESOURCE Income Tax and other ONESOURCE applications
Enter client information once in Clients to use it across files with matching client name and number special indexes.

ONESOURCE Platform

Clients integrate into ONESOURCE Administration and enable you to use its features for applications with a product tile on the ONESOURCE Platform. This enables you to manage your clients for all products from 1 central module.
When you open Clients, the Clients list is visible. The list includes client-specific details like name, number, and status, along with 10 customizable fields.
