Column settings, reset preferences, and search filters for entities

Use these features to customize your Entities screen view.

Column settings

You can define the columns you see in the
Entities
 screen.
  1. Select the
    Settings
     icon on the toolbar to open the
    Column Settings
     window.
  2. Mark the
    Select All
     checkbox to add all the options on the Entities screen.
  3. Select each individual options you want to see in the list if you don't want to select all the options.
  4. Select
    Apply
     when you're done.
  5. To change the columns back to the default view, select
    Reset Preferences
    .

Search

  1. Use the search panel to search across all entities.
  2. Mark the
    Search all versions
     checkbox to include all versions of all entities.
    tip
    • An entity will have more than one version if one of the attributes has changed. For example, name, different applications, different date and so forth.
    • If there is a + sign next to an entity, it means there is more than one version of the entity.
    • Filters within a criteria are in an "or" state. Filters across criteria are in an "and" state.
