Batch processing returns

Batch processing saves time where you perform common tasks for consolidations, multiple binders (or binder groups), and binder tags.
Batch processing involves 3 steps:
  1. Choose binders.
  2. Choose tasks.
  3. Set options that apply to the task chosen in step 2.

Step 1: Choose binders

Select your binders by consolidation, group, or tag.
  1. Select
    Batch
    and
    Batch Process
    .
  2. Select 1 of these options:
    1. Consolidation
      - All binders that are part of a consolidation are in this group.
    2. Binder groups
      - Groups of binders you create to be in a group.
    3. Binder tags
      - Groups of binders that have the same binder tags.
  3. When ready, select
    Next
    to move on to Step 2, Choose Task.

Step 2: Choose tasks

Select the task to perform on multiple binders.
In step two of the batch process, you will select the task to perform on the multiple binders.
  1. Select the binder tasks, launch workpapers for data review, and if your permissions allow, you can select the enterprise control panel (ECP) options.
  2. When you're ready, select
    Next
    to move on to the last step.
