Error: The field ‘CityNm’ with value 'Yverdon-les-bains', data format is not correct

You get this error when a foreign partner's city entry contains special characters, numbers, or extra spaces.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Partner Information
    Partner by Partner Data
    Columnar Partner Entry
    Name and Address
    .
  2. For each foreign partner, remove special characters, numbers, and extra spaces from the
    City
    column.
  3. If you use Direct K-1 Import, go to
    Tax Forms
    Federal
    Direct K-1 Import
    partner
    Import K1 Partner Information
    and remove special characters, numbers, and extra spaces from each foreign partner's city entry.
