The first partner listed in
Partner Information
 is usually the
Partnership Representative
. Go to
Tax Forms
Federal
1065 - US Partnership Return of Income
Page 3
 and find the current information used for the PR in
Designation of Partnership Information
.
In
Organizer
Partner Information
Partnership Representative
, you can:
  1. Select a different partner as the PR by entering their
    Partner number
    .
  2. Enter overrides if your partner information differs for PR purposes.
  3. Suppress PR information by selecting the option to
    Suppress printing Partnership Representative
     on Form 1065, page 3.

If you enter any overrides in this section, make sure you enter all of the partner's identifying information, such as name, address, and phone number.
