Solution

Review all partners' Percentage of Ownership entries.

Columnar partner entry

. Ensure the sum of all partner ownership percentages equals exactly 1.0 (or falls within the range 0.95 to 1.05).
Verify that no partner has NONE or 0% as their ownership percentage. If this information is missing or incorrect, update the ownership percentages accordingly.
Alternatively, if using state-only purposes, update the Schedule SP data via the K-1 aggregation file located at

Make the necessary changes to the K-1 aggregation file, reattach it, and recreate the e-file return.
