SM3-F1065-007-01: If Schedule M3 (F1065) Part II, Line 26(d) 'IncomeLossPerTaxReturnAmt' has a non-zero value, then it must equal Analysis of Net Income (Loss) 'NetIncomeLossAmt'.
This happens when Schedule M3, line 26(d) has an amount, but doesn't match Schedule M3, line 1.
Solution
Go to . The Analysis of Net Income (loss), line 1 must match Schedule M-3, Part II, line 26, column d.
Once you've finished making changes to bring these into balance, run a full recompute and recreate the federal e-file.
