Solution 2: Remove any overrides on Line E
- Go to .
- Make sure all partners have positive income on Column G. Partners without income on Alabama K-1 shouldn't be included in the composite return.
- Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
Solution 3: Adjust partner details
- Only include partners in the composite with positive income on Column G.
- Don't include negative amounts unless you're using to offset guaranteed payments.
- For partners with no amounts on Line G, exclude them from the composite.
- Make sure the following are true:
- Each partner'sTotal Income Amountis 5%.
- Column H,Member's Tax Due, equals 1 of the following:
- The product of Column G,Total Income Amount, multiplied by 5%.
- 0 if Column GTotal Income Amountis less than or equal to 0.
- Non-composite or non-resident partners should have no amounts on Line G.
- After making the adjustments, do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
