This happens when the
Business Representative SSN
on Alabama Form 65
contains a 0, is missing, or isn't in the 9-digit format. The IRS and state don't accept a series of repeated numbers (such as 999-99-999).Error message

Solution
- Go to tab.
- Enter a 9-digit SSN inColumn I.
- Perform a full recompute.
- Recreate the e-file.

If you can't provide a valid SSN, file a paper return for Alabama.
